Rendering Our Relations

image of Rendering Our Relations

This introduction to the first section of the book focuses on two fundamental ideas to a/r/tography: relationality as it is understood within pedagogy, art-making and inquiry, and readerings, those conceptual ideas that allow the artist and pedagogue to inquire differently than through typical social science methods. The introduction provides a brief overview of the essential readings and conversations that comprise the first section.
