Abstract

This editorial presents the Special Issue for the 8.2 volume of the journal of titled ‘Design Education: Interdisciplinary Perspectives’. It discusses how design education intersects with the learning sciences and other disciplinary perspectives and introduces the selection of articles that present current design teaching and learning practices and perspectives from across the globe.
