Abstract

This report examines a two-day drama therapy session, , held during 25–26 May 2024 in Parco Increa and Bosco del Fontanone, Italy. The project was conducted with Legambiente and funded by Parchi Locali di Interesse Sovracomunale with participants aged 10–80, including a dog and a new-born baby. Participants engaged in non-verbal communication and sensory immersion in nature in sessions designed to foster self-expression and self-observation, while addressing emotional distress related to climate change.

Resumen

Este informe examina una sesión de dramaterapia de dos días titulada ‘Paseos serenos: Diálogo silencioso con la Tierra’, realizada los días 25 y 26 de mayo de 2024 en el Parque y el Bosque del , Italia. El proyecto fue llevado a cabo en colaboración con y financiado por PLIS, con participantes de entre 10 y 80 años, incluyendo un perro y un bebé recién nacido. Las y los participantes se involucraron en una comunicación no verbal y una inmersión sensorial en la naturaleza, en sesiones diseñadas para fomentar la autoexpresión y la autoobservación, al mismo tiempo que abordaban el malestar emocional relacionado con el cambio climático.

Résumé

Ce rapport examine une session en deux jours de dramathérapie, ,qui s’est tenue les 25 et 26 mai 2024 à Parco Increa et Bosco del Fontanone, en Italie. Le projet a été mené avec Legambiente et financé par PLIS avec des participants âgés de 10 à 80 ans, y compris un chien et un nouveau-né. Les participants se sont engagés dans une communication non verbale et une immersion sensorielle dans la nature au cours de sessions conçues pour favoriser l’expression et l’observation de soi, tout en abordant la détresse émotionnelle liée au changement climatique.
