Holy dreaming – poetry and movement

This artist’s document incorporates my poetry and the relationship between it and my ongoing practice in Authentic Movement. Both these practices are an embodied expression of a journey towards the truth of my own body; this ‘truth’ wraps herself within the words of a poem or expresses herself through the body. I explore the sacred nature of a collective participation in the unfolding of a new, healing story for the Earth.
