When movies, theatre plays, or series premiere, the media usually focuses on the remarkable importance and creativity of directors and actors. These are the ones shining under the spotlight, while all the other movie and theatre creators – those who had been working for months before the specific project, preparing, practicing, finding all the different locations, setting up all the various shots, choosing all the colours and props to make up the entire visual ecosystem as envisioned by the director – are forgotten.
