Interpreting invitations: The title Come

Abstract
This article discusses the semantics of the title of Marianne Olsen Ulrichsen's short film Come. The article looks at how each sequence gives the title a different meaning. The title is an invitation to the viewer, and throughout the film the lead character makes several invitations for the viewer to interpret.
