Abstract
The double issue for the year 2024 brings together a range of articles, a photo essay and several reviews and represent virtual research being undertaken in several countries around the world, including the United Kingdom, Turkey, Canada, Australia, Holland and India, with reviews from exhibitions in America and Australia. This is an issue and volume made up of truly international voices in what is increasingly becoming a turbulent time geopolitically. With an exponential increase in discussions on artificial intelligence and its impact on every other facet of society, the arts increasingly play a pivotal role in grounding us within and for humanity.
